Urū will market to and source slates of former college, professional & Olympic athletes from inside and outside of the Urū marketplace, confirm availability, qualifications, and make introductions.

How are candidates vetted?

An essential part of this vetting process includes behavioral interviews to ensure they align with the values, skills, and drive that will make them successful.

How often will I receive candidates?

You will receive exceptional talent immediately once they’ve been deemed high-fit, as well as a monthly candidate report.
